If you enjoy a beer every once in a while, leave your money out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your handbag, your billfold, and keep all cash, credit cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Only take whatever cash you expect to spend on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to lose and leave the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You can have a win following a boozy night out with your friends and be blessed enough to hook a 25 minute roll at a on fire craps game. Don’t forget that account because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and wager. These activities just don’t mix.
Keeping your money at home might be a little bit dramatic, but precautionary measures for excessive behavior is a requirement. If you bet to profit, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a worry, then consume all the free beer you are able to handle, but do not take charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your inebriated self throws away all the cash!
Permit me to take this a single step more. do not drink and then jump on the internet to bet in your best-liked online casino either. I love to beer from the comfort of my condominium, but seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit near by, I can not drink alcohol and wager.
Why? Although I don’t drink alcohol a lot, when I drink alcohol, it is absolutely sufficient to blur my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet when you do. Both create a decimating, and crazy, cocktail.
